Refund & Cancellation Policy
THE URBAN KRAFT IMPEX RETURNS & REFUNDS:
1. Unboxing video will be compulsary for any exchanges:
To help us provide the best customer support, please record an unboxing video with a 360 degree view of the package and its contents upon delivery.
2. Eligibiity:
Returns are accepted only for items that are visibly defective or damaged upon receipt.
3. Handmade Brass or Gemstone Item:
Every Handmade item would have certain metal/plating anamolies or imperfections or veins in the stones as they are natural stones and real pearls. No replacements will be accepted for Handmade items. The Urban Kraft Impex does not sell any perishable items.
4. Return Process:
- Inform: You need to share the name, image and video of the product via email at support@theurbankraft.co.in within 48 hours from the time you receive your product or whatsapp us at 7263046563. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.

Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

Exchange: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the exchange or refund.
- Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only within 2 days of approval. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1 year period for your purchase.
- The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
5. Cancellation of your order:

Every order is generally accepted within 1-2 days of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as a refund-coupon-code. (5% deduction as PG charges)
- For handmade brass, pearl and raw stone collection, slight variation in colour, or plating might be expected from the given photos. No cancellation or returns or refunds will be accepted for these reasons.
Applicable Deductions

Total of ₹250 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse.

Any refund coupon code of the previous order, if applied to a new order which is not accepted by you, will lead to expiry of the coupon code and cannot be used again. Please ensure prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.

For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.

For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, ₹125 towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted while processing refund coupon codes.

A customer, who has used a refund code to place an order, if returns the order, it will not bepayment of 200/- as shipping charges

- For any COD orders - the order will be processed only after payment of 200/- as shipping charges and confirming on the phone about the address and phone number.
